Common issues & resolutions
When adding products to our tracking system, there are cases that you may need to adjust manually.
1. Missing Supplier URL - if your product doesn't have Product id/Sku, You will have to attach the supplier product URL manually
Simply search the supplier product page and copy paste the URL to the product in the Inventorify dashboard.
2. Matching Variants - if the monitor didn’t found a match between some of the supplier page variants to your Shopify listing page you will need to do it manually, Click the plus sign to expand the product and see exactly which product variations need to be manually picked. (See screenshot below)
